I had a very pleasant x ray experience ruined by receiving an $85 fine for parking in one of their allocated spots. At no point was I told of a QR code I needed to scan. Maybe ask people when checking in!

You are a legend. Never have I ever been to any radiology appointments and felt this level of manaaki. Anaru a descendant of Scottish lineage spoke to me in Māori, named my baby’s body parts in Māori that came up on the printed scan photo and asked me if he could do a Māori blessing over pēpi, my partner and I. I felt seen, heard and very surprised to have been treated with such grace and mana from a very respectful treaty partner. Ngā mihi Anaru.
