Lovely reception staff

Had a wonderful experience at Lux Radiology with Andrew! Andrew had wonderful energy and made the process fun and interactive from start to finish. His knowledge was vast and comforting, and I have booked him again for our next scan! Thank you Andrew and the team at Lux! Big fan!

Nethanel was absolutely amazing. Explained every part of the scan and made our whole experience very enjoyable. We came from Whangarei as could not get an appointment in Whangarei for some time, whole process was easy. Thank you guys!

I would highly recommend lux radiology. You can book appointment easily even the next day . The staff is very cooperative and caring . I love to have my scans there. Almost had my whole pregnancy scans there expect first one there is no time Waste.

I had most of my scan with Ginny frame. She is very kind and knowledgeable sonographer. She explained everything briefly. I had my growth scan with Nathenal murania. She is also very nice. Highly recommend lux radiology.

I had most of my scans with Ginny at Lux Radiology(dating, growth, 3d/4d and 36 weeks ultrasound). And I must say that Ginny is the best Sonographer out there- she is very kind and really does take time in explaining everything to me and my husband during the scans; specially that we are very anxious parents to be 😅. Booking with Lux Radiology is very easy unlike the other radiology boutiques out there. Thank you again Lux Radiology and Ginny for a very good experience. Will definitely be back if we get pregnant again ❤️🫰

Anaru Kirimana/Andrew Graham You are a legend. Never have I ever been to any radiology appointments and felt this level of manaaki. Anaru a descendant of Scottish lineage spoke to me in Māori, named my baby’s body parts in Māori that came up on the printed scan photo and asked me if he could do a Māori blessing over pēpi, my partner and I. I felt seen, heard and very surprised to have been treated with such grace and mana from a very respectful treaty partner. Ngā mihi Anaru.

Quick and easy, the lady I had (I can’t quite remember her name) made me feel super comfortable, answered all my questions! Also super easy to get to and park!!

We had a great experience during our pregnancy dating scan here. Our ultrasound was conducted by Nethanel Murania, who explained everything clearly in a friendly way. We had such a positive experience and will definitely come again for the next scan.

Had PRP with Andrew & Nikki, very professional & made me feel at ease. PRP is not an instant miracle treatment but it has improved my sleep & decreasesd pain levels as well as prolonging the need for a knee replacement.

All the staffs were friendly and greeted with smile. The doctor was professional and polite. Definitely recommend their services.

Andrew Graham is the person who did my hip ultrasound. He made me feel comfortable and he has a warm and bubbly personality. He took the time to explain me what he found with the ultrasound and he has been taking more extra time to search the contact of a good hip surgeon. This ultrasound clinic is in a handy location and they have parking. They booked me in pretty fast and the price is more affordable than other clinics.

Super professional and friendly service from the Lux Radiology team. The clinical explanations provided while showing live ultrasound images were really helpful for me to better understand my knee condition and long-term management etc.

Although we live out West, we booked our very first Maternity scan here due to limited availability in our area. We’ve since been back for the remainder of our scans due to the incomparable service. Ginny is a rare find, her excitable attitude and warm personality really make each and every appointment feel that much more special. You can tell she’s in this profession for all of the right reasons. Thank you so much Ginny, you are an absolute star!

Ginny was amazing, it was my first scan and she made me very comfortable, experienced and compassionate. It was worth the drive, its really hard to find proper trained professionals that is kind to their patients and understanding. I was happy with Ginny's wealth of knowledge and how quickly the results were interpreted, same day. She also gave me some background infor to research for. Thank you Ginny, I recommend anyone for scanning, come here rather than having a bad experience in those chain of radiology companies. Staff are just too jaded in the public sector.

I had the best most comfortable scan! Saw my baby for the first time moving around and was able to relax and really take in this moment with my husband. I would like to thank Andrew Graham for a wonderful experience.

The first scan was with Ginny at Ponsonby, and the second scan was with Net at Kroad. Both are exceptional service and I love how they make us feel comfortable as first-time parents. They were highly professional and very helpful with explanation, especially since my baby wasn't able to turn around for the Nuchal measurement, and Net was super patient and guided me through, and we did it after the second attempt. Highly recommend this place to other parents 😁🎈❤️

We had our anatomy scan at the Ponsonby clinic after having two bad experiences with previous scans booked with other providers and it was a lovely and memorable experience. Nikki was so pleasant with her dealings with us prior to the scan and made us feel comfortable. I was nervous but Ginny who did the sonography put me at ease with her friendly nature and explained what she was seeing/doing as she went along. Our baby was wiggly but Ginny was so patient. After almost 50 minutes of trying she asked us to go have a coffee and come back so she could try again which is not something other scanning places do. When it still did not work, we booked a follow up appointment but they were booked out for a few weeks. Ginny decided to come in early to work on one of the days just so we could find out what we were having and complete the measurements. We were touched by her kindness and will be booking rest of the scans here for sure. Highly recommend this clinic and we do not mind traveling from South Auckland just so we have the peace of mind that baby is growing well and everything checked and explained not rushed like most ultrasound clinics.

Best place to have a scan! I loved the sonographer she was super inviting and energetic you can tell she really enjoys her job. She helped with my gender and was just amazing! I loved it here so much! Wish other ultrasound places had more workers like her :-)

We had a great experience with Ginny. It's our first baby and she talked through exactly what she was doing and what she was seeing and kept us informed during the whole scan. We paid to have the photos and videos sent to us and received those really quickly which was awesome for us to have and look at soon after the appointment and to share with family and friends. Would recommend to others.

They have the best Sonographer Ginny. She is such a professional, cheerful, warm and friendly person. We heard all the good news from her. We travel from Northshore to get my scan each time. This is a better place because of the brilliant staff. I highly recommend it to everyone.

I have been to Lux Radiology for ultrasound guided steroid injection and I am totally amazed at their excellent services. I was assisted by Andrew who made me feel very comfortable and at ease. He is an asset to this organisation. I will recommend him and this place to everyone.

Loved every bit of my Anatomy ultrasound scan! The staff as well as Ginny were both so kind and welcoming. Ginny basically talked us through the ultrasound in detail. We had no questions to ask because Ginny had basically answered them all during the scan hehe Will definitely be coming here in future :)

Our 3D/4D scan with Ginny was amazing. She was so warm and friendly and we felt totally relaxed. The images were so amazing - we got so many printed images and heaps of files electronically. We would highly recommend having a 3D/4D scan with Ginny at Lux Radiology.

I’ve had all my maternity ultrasounds done by Ginny and I have never been disappointed. She really does an outstanding job. The receptionist is extremely welcoming and she has exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend Lux Radiology in Ponsonby without hesitation, they are amazing.

We came here for my wife's growth and 4d scans. Ginny and Lux Radiology deserves more praise than simply 5 stars. I'd rate it a perfect 10. Like a biology instructor, Ginny thoroughly described to us how a baby's body develops. We were treated like family by her. Everyone should visit Lux Radiology for every scan, in my opinion.

We went in for an MSK ultrasound and we had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Graham. He was exceptionally good at explaining the complications with my leg and suggested the next best possible steps to a great recovery. We had a good chat too :)

Very lovely experience here! Both the receptionist and sonographer Ginny were kind and accommodating. Ginny is very informative and talks with you the whole scan so you know what’s happening with your baby. Would come here for all my scans if we lived closer!

We went in for our final ultrasound and had Andrew - when I say we had the best experience I mean the BEST. We’ve had scans at four different locations (had a side effect with our bubba so needed four more scans than usual) and Lux Radiology has always been our favourite. The attention, detail and lightness of the experience with Andrew was truly next level - we laughed, felt reassured and left with a cute snap of baby. Couldn’t recommend him enough - wish we’d found out about him earlier so we could have had him for all our scans :)

It was an amazing experience scanning at Lux. You are greeted by a friendly receptionist with scented candles. Really an intimate and special experience. The sonographer gets excited with every scan and the facility is just so great. Thanks Lux Radiology!

Amazing experience with our 3D/4D bonding ultrasound scan! Ginny is so warm, welcoming and keeping us informed throughout the whole scan, she is so experienced and answered all of our questions to the best of her knowledge. Amazing experience with our 3D/4D bonding ultrasound scan! Ginny is so warm, welcoming and keeping us informed throughout the whole scan, she is so experienced and answered all of our questions to the best of her knowledge. We had some great images of our baby, the face and all other structures are so clear! We had some printed images and the rest of the images/videos were sent to our email and in text message straight away, the link makes it easy to share with friends and family. The clinic only has one machine but the minute you walked in you immediately feel relaxed with the smell of the lovely scented candle. Not many clinics offer 3D/4D scan nowadays, it's definitely worth the money, a 10/10 experience I'd say!

Lovely radiology clinic with a very friendly and reassuring sonographer, Ginny. They have excellent facilities. The best of the best. I will be coming back for all my antenatal scans!
