After having a terrible experience elsewhere, I've returned to write a review about LUX Radiology. Have been here twice for ultrasounds and both sonographers have been absolutely amazing. Thank you for making my experience so nice for my first pregnancy. Easy parking and great reception!
The first scan was with Ginny at Ponsonby, and the second scan was with Net at Kroad. Both are exceptional service and I love how they make us feel comfortable as first-time parents. They were highly professional and very helpful with explanation, especially since my baby wasn't able to turn around for the Nuchal measurement, and Net was super patient and guided me through, and we did it after the second attempt. Highly recommend this place to other parents 😁🎈❤️
