Lux Radiology is highly recommended. Amazing sonographers and staff. Kudos to the receptionists, most especially Nikki, who always helped me when requesting an appointment for a scan through email rather than the website. They handled it right away and responded quickly. Andrew was with me for the most of my scans. Being a first-time mother, Andrew promptly answers any questions or concerns I have, and when I hear his explanations of my baby's growth my worries fade away, he even performed a brief 3D scan alongside my usual growth scan. Additionally, Ginny did my anatomy scan, and since Andrew wasn't available at the time, Dmitri performed my most recent ultrasound. I'm grateful that I had a positive experience with him as well. Overall, great experience and outstanding service.
Amazing experience with our 3D/4D bonding ultrasound scan! Ginny is so warm, welcoming and keeping us informed throughout the whole scan, she is so experienced and answered all of our questions to the best of her knowledge. We had some great images of our baby, the face and all other structures are so clear! We had some printed images and the rest of the images/videos were sent to our email and in text message straight away, the link makes it easy to share with friends and family. The clinic only has one machine but the minute you walked in you immediately feel relaxed with the smell of the lovely scented candle. Not many clinics offer 3D/4D scan nowadays, it's definitely worth the money, a 10/10 experience I'd say!
