Went to Lux Radiology for few ultrasound scanning. First appointment I waited for 40mins past my appointment time. Second time I waited for about 45mins. Third time they rescheduled my appointment even though I have booked 2 months earlier. While the sonographer is nice, please improve the time management.
Thank you Ginny and the team for being kind, professional and most of all being friendly. Ginny has the kindest heart and always welcomed us with so much joy. Highly recommend their service.
