Went to Lux Radiology for few ultrasound scanning. First appointment I waited for 40mins past my appointment time. Second time I waited for about 45mins. Third time they rescheduled my appointment even though I have booked 2 months earlier. While the sonographer is nice, please improve the time management.
I love this team! They have been taking care of me since the first scan of my baby and so far always carrying about my health when I arrive, taking all measures under Covid-19 umbrella and also always kind when talking to me. The service is spot on.
