Went to Lux Radiology for few ultrasound scanning. First appointment I waited for 40mins past my appointment time. Second time I waited for about 45mins. Third time they rescheduled my appointment even though I have booked 2 months earlier. While the sonographer is nice, please improve the time management.
Although we live out West, we booked our very first Maternity scan here due to limited availability in our area. We’ve since been back for the remainder of our scans due to the incomparable service. Ginny is a rare find, her excitable attitude and warm personality really make each and every appointment feel that much more special. You can tell she’s in this profession for all of the right reasons. Thank you so much Ginny, you are an absolute star!
