It appeared my referral letter via online booking had not been received. I then had to call home to arrange for location of the hard copy which was disappointing. The receptionist was very helpful and accommodating.
We went in for an MSK ultrasound and we had a great experience with Dr. Andrew Graham. He was exceptionally good at explaining the complications with my leg and suggested the next best possible steps to a great recovery. We had a good chat too :)
