A complete nightmare that ruined the whole experience of having our first and last 3D Scan. I will never recommend this place. Avoid at any cost!!! The receptionists just do not care about people’s time. I was booked for my 3D scan 11:00AM and was told when I called to confirm what to bring to be in the clinic 10-15 minutes early. My family and I arrived at 10:45AM as instructed and the Receptionists told us we were too early as the appointment is 11:20 or 11:30. I showed her the email for the appointment showing 10:50AM and she goes “oh, that’s fine” and followed us into the chairs and asked us to pay. 40 minutes later, my family and I were still waiting. When we asked what is happening, we were told “oh, the sonographer is running late because she had an emergency, she just told me now”. After another 20 minutes, we checked what is happening again and she goes “oh, there were two complicated cases so you will have to wait”. After our appointment, I received an email confirming someone else’s XRAY appointment. Just goes to show they DO NOT know what they are doing at all.
