I have been here a few times and always come back because the specialists are generally nice. Except one time while i was pregnant, I have to wait a bit but thats fine. I had pelvic ultrasound appointment and came yesterday, but I forgot to bring my referral letter, completely my fault and keep apologised for it. The RECEPTIONIST made sure I was aware it is my fault as she emailed me one week prior. (We emailed you before…) I arrived early yesterday but had to come home as no letter no appointment. I came back to day for my 1.40pm appointment. At 1.39pm the same receptionist called and she talked over me about come now in 1 mins otherwise they have to cancel, I was in their carpark with no car park so need just 2 mins to find place outside to park my car. She sounds very snappy on the phone, trying to cut me off and hang up the phone asap hence completely destroyed my whole experience. My appointment is schedule for 40 mins but its only took 25 mins. I paid $425 for scan, i think I should be given some grace period without having a snappy receptionist like that. please know you are in service industry, in a professional environment, please be patient with your clients, I should be on time at sharp 1.40pm but the reason I was 2 mins behind is you have no carpark on both continuous days I was there.
